Spectrometer analysis is used to determine the type and amount of elements contained in metallic materials at the atomic level. Thanks to this test, compliance with standards and casting quality are verified with the highest accuracy.
Providing critical information about material service life and durability, the hardness test is calculated based on the indentation formed under a specific load. Using Brinell, Rockwell, or Vickers methods, wear resistance and machinability of the material are determined.
By examining prepared and polished samples, pores, microvoids, and inclusion distributions within the material are analyzed. This method allows observation of casting quality and structural integrity in its purest form without any chemical intervention.
Performed by pulling a sample under a controlled axial load until it fractures, this test shows how much load a material can withstand. Elastic modulus, yield strength, and tensile strength data essential for engineering design are obtained through this analysis.
A tensile-based test applied to measure how strongly a coating adheres to the base material. This test evaluates surface protection quality and reports the coating’s resistance against external factors.
